Q. My package is missing, what now? 

A. If you get a notification stating that your package has been delivered and it is not there. Wait 24 hours to see if USPS was behind, or if it was delivered incorrectly. If your package still has not been delivered, please contact me, and your local post office so we can get a claim set up in regard to getting your package to you. 

Q. Do I accept refunds or returns? 

A. If you are unsatisfied with your package, you have 24 hours to message me upon arrival of item. At that time, I will judge on if the item can be refunded or returned. If the item needs to be returned the buyer will pay shipping to get the item back to me. I will not accept refund on items that are made custom. During the process I will send several updates to make sure the custom item is up to satisfaction. Therefore, do this nature I will not accept it back once it is done. 

Q. I want a custom item, how do I order? 

A. On the main page I have a custom tumbler option. You will go here, and then choose the type of tumbler. When checking out you will have an option to leave a note to seller. Please leave your requests here. If there isn't a request or I have any questions, then I will message you to ensure the product is going to be correct. 

Q. My package was delivered to the wrong address, or is damaged what now?

A. I am not responsible for any damages done by the post office in delivery, or any package that is not delivered to the correct address. You will need to get in contact with the post office to set up a claim. If your package is delivered damaged, please contact me within 24 hours and I can see if it was indeed something on my end. Tumblers are fragile, and I am not responsible if the tumbler breaks due to rough usage.  Please make sure address is correct when entering check out information, that way the package will arrive to the correct location.
